What is Emotional Freedom Technique?

During the treatment I will guide you to stimulate energy meridian points on your head and body by tapping on them with your fingertips while focusing on the issues you want to deal with.
Once learned EFT is an invaluable self-help technique which many clients use throughout their lives.

EFT releases negative feelings and has been used successfully for pain control, panic/anxiety, stress, addictive behaviours e.g. smoking, phobias, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, weight control, personal performance improvement and many more.
It can be used for issues and feelings related to the past, the present or the future and works equally well for issues that are considered to be very ‘deep rooted’ as those that are seen as more minor in nature.
